Outside countless worlds, in an unknown universe that humans cannot touch, the existence humans call the “God of Fate” paused beside the long river of time and space.
He enjoyed observing and recording those fleeting moments, and even more so liked to stir the living beings who flowed in the river of space into a tangled mess — what He did with a casual wave was what humans called the arrangements of fate.
In His eyes, the world had another appearance, where threads of disorder and chaos intertwined. Those densely moving dots were the original forms of countless living beings; the trajectories of their lives tangled and converged, forming a river that never ceased to flow.
Seeing a red thread in the long river, one that connected the past and the future, He found it amusing and suddenly turned into a black cat, flicking His tail as He leapt into the river.
The ripples stirred by His plunge splashed the surrounding points of light, knocking them off their trajectories and causing them to fall into spaces that did not belong to them.
The black-cat “God of Fate” tilted His head, a mysterious smile rising on His feline face.
