Lu Zhe looked at the girl who suddenly sat on his lap. His eyes darkened, and his voice was cool and clear, “Get down.”
Su Ci glared at him. “Didn’t you say you could kiss me a bunch of times all at once? I’m giving you the chance now.”
The girl on his lap was like a bristling little rabbit, fierce and fluffy, as if she would pounce over and bite him the next second.
Lu Zhe knew he should smooth the girl’s fur right now. However, the girl was too formidable, pushing his boundaries step by step. This time, he didn’t want to indulge her.
“Get down.” Lu Zhe’s pitch-black eyes looked at Su Ci, his expression cold.
Su Ci lifted her delicate chin, refusing to listen. “Are you going back on your word?”
Lu Zhe’s thin lips pressed together. His hand rested on the girl’s waist, wanting to lift her off his lap.
Seeing Lu Zhe’s intent, Su Ci reached out and wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning her body closer. “I’m not getting down. Hurry up and finish kissing me.”
The girl in his arms clung tightly to his neck, her body slipping around like a fish. Because of her twisting, she kept rubbing against him in messy, random ways. Lu Zhe’s eyes darkened even further, and his voice turned even colder. “Get down!”
Su Ci let out an incredulous laugh.
He was holding such a peerless little enchantress in his arms, and he could still remain completely unmoved!
Su Ci absolutely refused to admit that her charm wasn’t enough!
Her jade-white arms tightened around Lu Zhe. She buried her head into the crook of his shoulder, her red lips brushing against his neck from time to time, her warm breath falling on his skin. “Not getting down.”
Lu Zhe’s whole body tensed. The hand resting on her waist applied a bit of force.
“Su Ci!” The girl was acting shameless, softly clinging to him, making him grit his teeth in frustration, yet leaving him helpless.
Su Ci was furious with Lu Zhe. This man was cold and stiff; she threw herself at him, and not only was he not moved, he even snapped at her!
Feeling the big hand gripping her waist, about to pull her away, Su Ci parted her pearly teeth and bit directly onto the side of his neck.
Feeling the tremor run through the boy’s entire body, Su Ci felt a flicker of pride. She bit him without letting go and even let out a huffy sound.
How much strength could a girl like her even use?
Slight pain, slight itch, and even a feeling like his lifeline had been bitten— that surge of stimulation shot through him. Lu Zhe’s dark eyes grew even deeper. His large hand around her slender waist tightened, and the coldness in his voice faded. He retreated once more. “Tuan Tuan, don’t make trouble.”
Su Ci refused to let go.
A trace of indulgence flickered in Lu Zhe’s eyes. The rigid lines of his face softened a little under the light. He let out a low sigh. “I wasn’t trying to drive you away. If you find your family, you should return to them.”
The small balloon in Su Ci’s chest felt like Lu Zhe had lightly pricked it with a needle— the puffed-up air instantly deflated.
She released her bite and glared at Lu Zhe in annoyance, accusing, “Just now you said you’d kiss me all at once and let me leave.” Had he already been thinking this way?
Lu Zhe was silent for a moment. “I’m sorry.”
Su Ci glanced at him, still clinging to him without letting go. “Forget it. We’ll talk after the paternity test results come out.”
She leaned against his chest, accusing him, “Lu Zhe, my waist hurts. You held me too tightly. You hurt me.”
Only then did Lu Zhe realize his loss of control earlier. “I’m sorry.”
He let go.
Su Ci licked her lips, the corners of her eyes hooking upward, looking exactly like a mischievous little enchantress full of bad ideas. “Lu Zhe, you made me so angry my legs went weak. You carry me back to the room.”
She leaned softly against Lu Zhe.
Lu Zhe glanced at her lightly, without the slightest temper left. His large hand once again gripped her slender waist, and he stood up.
The boy had excellent physical strength. Even with the girl hanging onto him like a koala, he could still steadily carry her back to the room.

Because of the paternity test, Su Ci worried that she was a rabbit— would she be exposed?
But she had asked Fugui. Lu Zhe kissing her could restore her human form. Her essence was human, so she didn’t need to worry about that problem.
When Su Zhiyuan received the paternity test report, Su Ci wasn’t overly shocked when she saw the results.
She heard Su Zhiyuan say that she had been kidnapped and had fallen into the sea later. Everyone had mistakenly believed she had died.
Su Ci had transmigrated into the novel. She was certain she wasn’t the Su family’s daughter in the story, but this body was. The original owner should have died when she fell into the sea. Under unknown circumstances, this body turned into a rabbit, and she happened to transmigrate over.
She didn’t have the original owner’s memories. She had always thought she had transmigrated into a rabbit.
In reality, she had transmigrated into the Su family’s daughter— even the name was the same.
Looking at Su Zhiyuan in front of her, Su Ci’s emotions grew complicated.
He really was the older brother of this body. No wonder when she first saw Su Zhiyuan, she had felt a sense of familiarity.
Su Zhiyuan had someone put the report away. He looked at the silent Su Ci, reached out and touched her head, smiling. “Knowing you’re my sister, you’re very disappointed?”
The warmth of Su Zhiyuan’s hand was completely different from Lu Zhe’s cold touch. It was the warmth an older brother should have.
Su Ci looked at him with a complicated expression and shook her head. “No.”
The original owner had died, and she had come over, becoming the Su Ci of this place, becoming the Su family’s daughter— something she had never expected. She had always thought she was just a pitiful, weak, helpless little rabbit.
“Dad and Mom missed you very much. Ever since the accident, Mom has cried almost every day. She sits in your room for an entire day. Dad leaves early and comes home late, always sending people to look for you. He even got sick recently. Even your younger brother, he talks about when you’re coming home every day.”
Su Zhiyuan gazed gently at his recovered sister. “We all believed you weren’t dead. Now that we’ve found you, our family is finally whole again.”
Hearing this, Su Ci’s heart twisted a little. She knew these feelings weren’t hers— they belonged to the original owner.
Su Ci lowered her eyes, silent.
“Xiao Ci, I’ve already booked the plane tickets. We’re going home tonight,” Su Zhiyuan said.
Before he even received the paternity test report, he had already booked the flight. The moment he saw Su Ci, he knew she was his sister. The report was only to convince the amnesiac Su Ci.
“Why so fast?” Su Ci looked up in shock.
“Dad already knows I found you. I’m still hiding it from Mom for now.” The gloom between Su Zhiyuan’s brows had completely faded. He smiled. “I know you lost your memory, but it’s okay. After we go back, I’ll have the best doctors treat you.”
Su Ci didn’t respond. She thought of Lu Zhe.
If she left… what would happen to Lu Zhe?
Seeing his sister not replying, Su Zhiyuan looked at her in confusion. “You don’t want to go home? Xiao Ci, Mom is waiting for you.”
Hearing this, Su Ci’s heart twisted again— it was the original owner’s reaction.
Su Ci tightened her hand.
She knew she had taken over the original owner’s body and become the original owner, so she should shoulder the original owner’s responsibilities.
“I’ll go back.” As soon as Su Ci finished speaking, the sharp tugging pain in her heart vanished instantly.
Su Ci’s gaze darkened.

The car stopped at the entrance of the old apartment complex.
Su Zhiyuan accompanied Su Ci upstairs to pack her things. According to him, there was no need to pack— the Su family had everything. But he knew that if his sister wanted to come back here, it must be to say goodbye to that boy.
He was grateful to the one who had taken in and cared for his sister.
Today was Tuesday. Lu Zhe didn’t need to work at the computer shop. After school, he returned directly to the place where he lived.
Seeing Su Ci sitting on the sofa, and the man who had called himself her older brother that night, Lu Zhe’s gaze deepened.
“You’re back.” Su Ci stood up. She walked toward Lu Zhe. “Ge, let me talk to him.” Saying that, she pulled Lu Zhe into her room.
The door closed. Su Zhiyuan frowned. He had a feeling his sister cared a lot about this boy.
The sun had set. The room lights were off, leaving it slightly dim.
After closing the door, Su Ci trapped Lu Zhe against the door panel. She asked him, “Lu Zhe, what do I do? I really am the Su family’s daughter.”
Lu Zhe lowered his eyes, looking at the girl in front of him who was frowning. Because of this topic, the two of them hadn’t really talked for the past two days. He knew she was conflicted, hesitant.
Lu Zhe let out a low sigh. “Your family must have been looking for you for a long time. Su Ci, go back.”
Su Ci instantly turned into a puffed-up snowball rabbit. Her black eyes glared fiercely at him. He still wanted her to leave!
“You should stay by your family’s side.” Lu Zhe’s voice was cool.
She was the Su family’s beloved daughter, raised with care and affection. Someone as delicate as her should live under her family’s protection. By his side, she could only suffer.
She should sleep on the softest bed, wear the prettiest clothes, the most comfortable shoes, eat the best food— not sleep on his narrow bed, wear ordinary clothes and shoes, or even eat street snacks.
Besides, he wouldn’t be able to take care of her for long. Now that she could return to her family, it was the best choice.
Su Ci knew everything Lu Zhe said was right.
She stared straight at him. “If you want me to stay, I won’t leave.” For Lu Zhe, let the heartache come— she didn’t mind.
Lu Zhe’s dark eyes met hers, but he didn’t answer. The answer was obvious.
Su Ci felt Lu Zhe simply didn’t have a heart!
Her eyes tilted upward, her gaze proud and sharp as she glared at him. “Lu Zhe, you’re not only blind, you’re not even a man. Leaving a peerless treasure like me behind— you’ll regret it.”
Lu Zhe didn’t have the slightest temper left. “Mm.”
